Description

Taken on a train journey coming back from London.

I desaturated the inside of the train and adjusted the levels of the outside (using Photoshop CS2), to show that feeling of when you're on a looong train journey and everything looks beautiful outside, but you're trapped inside.

F-Stop: f/2.8

the girl on the right isnt interesting imo, but i like the idea of desaturing the whole image but the window, its working quite well

maybe you should post it in manip thought, but not sure

I like the Idea. As Blackshad sujested, the photo would be great if the girl would look bit different and out of the window. I'm not sure about the light reflection in the blue sky +6, because you could make it better.

i would clone out the reflection of the fluorescent lights it ruins your picture and is QUITE distracting

I was pleasently suprised by this photo! Between all those standard landscape photos, this is a very special one! Also, this is one of the few original selective desaturation photos I've seen in a long time

The curved landscape is just so powerful and merrily!

wow...great idea! ... maybe the human element in this picture is kinda disturbing... withut the girl it could be great contrast between the colorfull life outside...and the dark inside with the lonely seat
